Mike Watson led the implementation and certification effort for Global Resale, leveraging his 20+ year career in takeback, regulatory compliance, and operations with Dell. Watson said “the entire Global Resale team excelled at developing and implementing the policies and processes to support their ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007, and R2 certifications. I worked closely with most of the tech manufacturers (OEMs) to create the initial industry standards in the mid-2000s. Based on my experience over the past several decades, I believe Global Resale has the most optimized program for both cost / quality efficiencies and scalability in this space. We look forward to implementing this in all of our facilities around the world, including completing the certification process at our UK facility by Q1 2017.”
